The Health4EUkids project represented by the Scientific Responsible of the project Dr. Apostolos Vantarakis, participated on the showcase event on ‘Synergies for integrated care’ of the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) on 28th and 29th of October in Rome (Italy) which co-organized in collaboration with the Joint Action on increasing Capacity building for National Focal Points – JA NFP4Health, the Horizon Europe Partnership for Transforming Health Care Systems – THCS, the Joint Action on cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and diabetes – JACARDI and the Horizon Europe Health National Contact Points – HNN3.0.
The event focused on synergies by implementation, fostered by the clustering activities promoted by HaDEA. Moreover, harvested the main lessons learned coming from synergies by design, directly promoted at call level by the EU funding programmes managed by the Agency.
Within the overarching theme of integrated care, the presentations and discussions centered around the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes as well as the promotion of mental health.
The 2-day event held in Rome gave the possibility to the participants to create solid bridges between different communities of practice and promote collaboration to respond to future calls for proposals.
