“This work package focuses on ensuring efficient and effective project coordination, communication, and decision-making to achieve the project’s objectives and deliverables. The management team is responsible for organizing and facilitating project meetings, maintaining communication channels among project partners, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
General objectives:
(i) to ensure coordinating activities (administrative, financial, operative, scientific and technical management) of the JA.
(ii) to monitor the appropriateness and timely completion of all scheduled activities by ensuring quality and effectiveness of JA deliverables,
(iii) to have regular communication with all the WP leaders in order to assess the implementation of the JA and to identify any deviation from the timetable.
(iv) to inform all partners about the progress of the JA.
The “HEALTH4EUkids” Joint Action aims to implement health promotion and prevention strategies for child obesity across European countries. It seeks to share best practices and research findings, particularly focusing on the initiatives Grunau Moves from Germany and Smart Family from Finland. The project involves knowledge transfer, cooperation between member states, policy development, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles in families and communities. Its goal is to prevent childhood obesity, increase physical activity and healthy diet, and ensure the sustainability and transferability of successful practices to other member states.
